As a customer, it is your responsibility to determine that you have the appropriate hardware/software to make use of digital files and that the file format is appropriate for your needs. For example, almost all our resources require Microsoft Office (Word and/or PowerPoint) and some require software to read and print .pdf files. Larger .zip files need to be extracted using freely available compression software such as WinRar or Winzip. Likewise, buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the required printing facilities to make use of our products: this is especially pertinent when buying printable workbooks. No refunds are available in these cases.

Fun Philosophy Lessons may, in its sole discretion, make certain exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, for example if a digital file is seriously defective and the defect cannot be repaired. In cases where a digital file is defective: we will always strive to remedy the situation and ensure functioning resources are offered as a replacement in a timely fashion.
